Kanyapong Family Welfare
Child safety standards
These standards apply to the Kanyapong Family Welfare app and website.
Prohibited content and conduct
We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation of children, sextortion, trafficking, and conduct that sexually exploits or endangers a child. These rules apply to photographs, documents, profile details, notes, and any other content or conduct connected with the service. Accounts are intended for adults; family records do not make exploitation permissible.

Open My account, then Child safety and reporting, or use the contact below. Give the page or record reference and a brief explanation. Do not download, copy, forward, or attach suspected CSAM. Share only information needed to locate the concern and contact you safely. For immediate danger, contact your local emergency or child-protection service.

Response and enforcement
Welfare administrators review reports, restrict access to suspected abusive content, and remove confirmed CSAM and other prohibited material. They may suspend or revoke accounts involved in abuse. Confirmed CSAM and child exploitation are referred to the relevant regional or national child-protection or law-enforcement authorities in accordance with applicable law. We cooperate with lawful requests and retain only the restricted evidence and case records necessary for safeguarding and legal obligations.
Reports are handled confidentially and shared only with people who need to respond or with competent authorities. We do not publish the reporter's identity or distribute abusive material as part of routine support.
