You can request deletion of your Kanyapong Family Welfare account whether or not the app is still installed. Send the request from the email address or phone identity associated with your account so the welfare can verify that the account belongs to you.

If the button does not open an email app, write to maildon254@gmail.com with the subject “Kanyapong Family Welfare account deletion request”.

What happens next

  1. The welfare verifies ownership to prevent another person deleting your account.
  2. Sign-in access, active sessions, saved devices, and notification tokens are removed.
  3. Personal data that is not required for an ongoing purpose is deleted or anonymized.
  4. Financial, payment, governance, fraud-prevention, dispute, and audit records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, security, or legitimate record-keeping obligations. Access to retained records remains restricted.
